David Brodsky
David Brodsky is a dedicated business attorney who brings a unique blend of legal acumen and diverse educational and professional experiences to his role at Reynolds Law Firm. David completed law school at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he honed his expertise as a fellow in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, representing local businesses on transactional legal matters.
Prior to law school, David completed a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, where he gained diverse experiences outside of the classroom in the ministry and nonprofit sectors. These experiences uniquely position him to address the distinct legal needs that nonprofits and religious organizations encounter.
Furthermore, David is an experienced businessperson himself, having held integral roles in operating small businesses and nonprofits. This firsthand experience grants him an intimate understanding of the exacting requirements for an excellent business attorney. Beyond his professional pursuits, David is a CrossFit trainer, avid golfer, and backpacker who loves to visit the Great Smoky Mountain National Forest.
